Sick and tired of their service department! Never have been happy with them or their service-always take forever BUT because we have a good sales guy my husband continues to take our cars there. I brought my car in for an oil change and expected a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was finished in 40 minutes and they even gave it a car wash! Great service!
A rivet popped out of the back door of our Escape. Bill Brown Ford fixed our car timely. The issue was covered under the warranty. It looked as though the totally detailed the inside of the car as well as washing it. It really made my day!
