My product came broken and when I complained they said I had to provide a photo. When I couldn’t get my email to attach a photo they said too bad so sad and refused to help me out. Not only was I out the $$$ but my nephew didn’t get what he wanted for his birthday.

Keep an eye on what they're charging you. I was going to purchase something that said it qualified for $4 flat shipping. When I got to the checkout, shipping jumped up about 450%, to $23. I emailed customer service, who replied promptly. She said it was probably taxes and asked for a screenshot. I sent the screenshot showing it wasn't taxes. She said it was because I was using a PO Box and if I changed to a street address, I would get $4 shipping. I switched to a street address and still an being charged $23 shipping. It looks like that the address selected was a PO Box in the system at first, which is why our $4 Flat Rate wasn't able to be utilized, as USPS tends to only allow their own shipping options to go to them. My merchandise came broken, they didn’t pack it well. I’m asking for refund or replacement. I understand the long wait but they should consider packing cautiously. If they are true to their commitment, ( they said their stuff are collectibles) they should taken utmost care to merchandises they are selling by packing them “ shatter-proof” DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED. I will share review again if they response to my request of refund or replacement. So long for now.

I purchased a Rebor Titanaboa from BBTS. Our house sold before the item was released. The staff was very helpful during the entire process and responded quickly to my emails to ensure the figures were delivered to the correct address and by my son's birthday!
