1st time ordering from BBTS. Ordered the Mythos Bobs Fett. I did have a few questions, in which customer service answered within a few hours through email. Package arrived in excellent condition and within promised time frame. Couldn't be happier! Have a few more things on pre-order now.

I understand that the current Pandemic may have caused some delays, but some updates on pre order status wouldn't kill you guys. I order the Thor Infinity War figure past year and every month passes and no updates. the date just keeps pushing back. Never buying from here again.
Great selection and good prices but they don't answer their customer service emails in a timely manner. It's something they really need to change.
