They claim first come first serve but I’ve placed many orders right when they go up and I mean I literally sit there and refresh that page until I see the item is up for pre order and since I’ve been ordering through bbts for many years now, I have my login saved so checking out is under 30 seconds but even then, I see many other customers getting their orders fulfilled before I do. RecommendedOrdered a vintage model kit in May, in the midst of a pandemic and these guys had it out the door within the first few days. Fed Ex took awhile getting it too me, was sure it was lost at 1 point but the customer service team, (Rebekkah) reassured me it was still coming. Just over a month and 2 weeks from order date I had my model and it's better than I could have imagined. THANK YOU BBTS YOU GUYS ROCK!! I will definitely be a repeat customer and reccommended you to EVERYONE <3

I just placed an order for a pennywise action figure from the movie it the order is still processing I have a good feeling it will ship I'm highly confident in that and this is my first time ordering from them so we will see what happens and even if I dont get it that's ok I'm not going to get angry over something childish like alot of people it will come when it comes I'm not going to leave bad reviews like most do I'll just wait this company has my business and interest and I will likely plan to order from them again

Based on my recent experiences I would not recommend BBTS. I ordered stuff with the most expensive shipping option (international express shipping) and during ordering it promised 5 day delivery. That was 3 months ago and my quite valuable order is yet to arrive and the tracking is seemingly stuck in same place for 2 months. I've contacted their customer service almost weekly for past 1,5 months and after they're slow responses (3 to 5 days) they never come up with any solutions.
