This is the response I get from BBTS after placing a $1640.00 order. They accuse me of fraud and close my account. So I tried to make a $1600.00 purchase from BigBadToyStore and they refused to process it thru both PayPal and my bank card. They will not tell me why. then they locked me out of my account with them. I have talked to 3 people from there. All my other purchases have gone thru PayPal without a hitch. My bank says there are no issues with my debit card.

They put up listings for pre-orders that they may or may not ever send you. So far 0 for 3 and have had to order elsewhere. Fine for buying toys; horrible for buying serious collectibles.

if you buy a presale you pretend to get the product earlier or at the same time than the other companies. what is wrong with the dark dc metal wave 2 set of 4 action figures? why amazon got it 3 weeks ago?

Ordered collectors grade SSGSS Goku from SH Figuarts. The packaging was superb! The box of the figure itself is mint as can be! This is my very first order from BBTS and I gotta say, I am amazed with the flawless look of this figure’s box! Only complaint would be FedEx took awfully long to get it here to me and I live in WI! But that’s not a knack on BBTS! Definitely will be purchasing future figs again from y’all but will try the upgraded shipping option! 5/5!
I purchased the Mandalorian Black Series on Monday and recieved my order on Saturday. Great turnaround time!! The figure was well packed with no damage to the box or figure. Price was comparable to other sites I found the figure on. I would definitely order from them again!
