They charged the wrong account. I paid by PayPal, but they charged my credit card, which I don’t use anymore. I got charged late fees.

I have bought from BBTS a few times and been quite happy so I ordered two Transformer toys. Both were faulty so I complained. Customer service was great.I asked for replacements. Keep the toys and we'll refund the money then you can re-order. They did refund. I did re-order. Yhey took the money. NO toys arrived. I complained many times but they continue to IGNORE ME. The 4 dollar shipping is not for canada. I asked a few days ago, no reply so just ordered the figure I wanted anyways. more like 12 bucks to canada regular, 20 dollars for express wich gets you tracking. does not speed up shipping.

The best way to collect, they price the hottest collectibles lower than other retailers and give you the opinion to consolidate your order with “pile of loot” to reduce shipping. I love them, this is the only place I shop unless they sell out of what I want and I resort to eBay. They are special to me and only look to BigBad out of quality and loyalty!
