Who the heck wants a damaged item for the same price as one in mint condition?!
Other than the nightmare of waiting a week for standard shipping (when their warehouse is less than an hour away from me), I’ve never had an issue with any of the products I have received. All items are packaged with care and I feel at ease knowing how well packed they are. The over the phone customer service has always been kind and helpful whenever I have called.
I have placed my first order with them and it will be the last. First I felt very bad for his part that once the order has been sent and left the USA they say that they are not responsible for it. and secondly after paying some shipping costs that from my point of view are high. On top of that the package is retained at customs, no notice is received from the seller or the customs; and when he arrives with the order in my store he tells me that I have to pay almost € 42 more for customs.
