This is a great place for Transformers.... but they simply will not ship your stuff. They apparently just do not have the personnel?? 1-2 Business days turn into 1-3, 1-4 & 1-5. Meaning after you pay, it’s 4-5 business days BEFORE it goes in the mail. Also, never order on a Friday, as nothing will happen until the following Monday. They do have the best boxing of shipped items I’ve ever had (so no damage will occur during transit), but they will not ship it until many days after you pay. I made an order and both items came damaged. I sent them an email about it and they went above and beyond, sent me a replacement order and told me not to worry about sending the damaged items back. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
Orders take longer then they claim to even leave the warehouse. “1-2” days to process and ship out. Still waiting almost a week. And when I contact customer service, I don’t get a response.
Had a pretty big issue but was taken care of very professionally.
Very slow processing times and shipping options compared to other retailers. Orders tend to pend for several days before anything.
Always a great place to find items I want, need, and the only draw back being it’s all so cool. I love the pile of loot option and flat $4 rate for shipping.
