I've ordered limited editions from various companies, and received items in various conditions, under a variety of prices. This was probably the first time I've ordered a product that was far cheaper than the nearest competitor, even under the guise of collector quality... the item itself was in perfect condition, wrapped in protective plastic sheeting, boxed, bubble wrapped, and boxed again. Outstanding! They could easily charge more than what they do, for the quality and care they put into it.Â
They are the only online shop that offers toys in collector’s grade.Â

It's a one stop shopping for any collectors. You can get Japanese and American collectibles. Personally we have shopped here for years and we have never had a bad experience.Â

I order from BBTS frequently never had a problem until recently my last order took a week to process which was fine not complaining about that. But I placed a new order 2 days ago it is still in processing, I have changed my mind though and wanted to cancel so I called customer service and they said it was to late to change the order even though history dictates it will be "processing" for at least 3 more days. I wish I was local..I live in PA and would kill for BBTS to open up a shop here. Regardless they have amazing prices! You can find most things on sale cheaper then anywhere else online and they ship fast with mulitple shipment options. I highly reccomend using Big Bad Toy Store and will continue using them for all my model kit and figure needs!Â
