BBTS has been very helpful every time I have emailed them with a question concerning a product or order. I recently received a package with 4 Godzilla figures, 2 of them collector's grade. I was very impressed with the amount of care and packaging the entire order received to make sure none of my items were damaged. I plan on doing more business with them in the future!

I had an issue with my masterpiece transformer where when I tried to clean it the chrome paint stopped off and destroyed the figure completely. I messaged the support team and fixed me up with a replacement in a easy process. And the representative I spoke with was very professional and explained everything to me very easily.

Great place to buy funko pops & other collectibles. I love the fact that they get some exclusives from stores in America & ship internationally, along with the pile of loot option this often really helps alot since I live in Canada. the only thing I'm confused about is how to track international shipping on my package I just recently bought, it says it still hasn't moved from NJ since it was shipped way back on the 30th of July.
