THIS STORE IS A SCAM, A FRAUD I DON’T recommend to buy in this store. I have ordered some figures, they have applied 3 charges to my credit card and have only refunded one of them. They did not want to sell figures to me because I don’t live in the USA. When I wrote emails to them, only gave me excuses, customer service by phone is useless.

Terrible customer service. On April I ordered some star wars figures and to date they still haven't sent them to me. Supposedly they were going to carry out an investigation with usps but I have not received a response yet. More than 1 months of waiting and no contact at all.
Pre order time frame is completely off. been waiting on my preorder which has been out for months now. Made the decision to buy elsewhere and its already on its way. Meanwhile BBTS continues to push it back every month.

As of yet, no reasons to complain. More hospitable and professional than EE, great new items that other stores don't pick up. Even when I asked why a certain item was more expensive than I thought it should be I was replied to kindly. That I can appreciate. Thanks!
Ordered a figure back in April and still haven’t got it! It wasn’t pre order when I ordered it and now it is, first they said august now it’s changed to September, honestly feel like I just wasted the $30 and will never get it🙄
