I worked for Syntegon for 5 months. It was the worse job I have ever had. The supervisor, Harry Epperson, is very disrespectful towards his employees. He is very micromanaging. It got to the point to where I was sick to my stomach going to work. I had no training. He threw me in a department I knew nothing about and pretty much had to figure it out. The company needs to send their management department to leadership training. HR is another mess. So unprofessional.
