Berlin City Kia is not a customer oriented place to buy a car. They talk out of both sides of their mouths. Do not deliver and pretend to be working for you behind the scenes. two months and no car. I decided to go to Della Kia in NEw YOrk, got my car that same day. NO way would I ever recommend BErlin City Kia. Sorry for my typos , im not a typist.
The service was great. They helped us find a great deal with our financing and while we waited, there was a great play area for our 4 year old daughter. Some would call it a life saver. As of right now, we are happy with the 2013 Nissan Rogue that we left with.
Pat and the staff were extremely helpful. Got me into a vehicle that I not only loved, but also could afford. The process was completely painless. Thank you! Edit: Seven months later I was in a car accident and the car I bought was totaled. I was instructed to cancel any extras I paid for and could possibly be refunded, however, Everytime I call I get looked around to different people's voicemail's and no one ever called me back.
My 2011 Kia Forte EX (bought in 2014) with 94,000 miles on it was just at Berlin City Kia for about 4 months all together. My experience was less than positive. A new lower end and a cylinder head were put in it (both covered by the extended warranty that I purchased). Bought a Kia Soul in 2015, it's been a Great car. Went for service last year, was excellent! After yesterday, not sure I will be coming back! I arrived at 8:45 am for a 9:00 am inspection appointment, the clerk told me by 10:15 he would let me know if any fixes where needed to pass . I never was notified, I therefore checked in at 11:20, was made aware I needed 2 tires, that would take about an hour. Well, by 2 pm, still not done, and was not updated on what was going on.
