Berlin City got my Sorento in and out in a timely manner. There was a noise in the back end of my car. The service department got me in that day! No charge for the stone that was making all the noise. I was brought right into the shop and they showed what going on. They have great customer service! Very professional and I love the complimentary car washes�
I walked into the service department--a first time customer. A warning light indicated the tires on my KIA SOUL needed inflating. The manager, Austin Hemingway, waited on me. "No problem". Asked if anything else he could help me with. YES,I had a second problem with minor damage from parking lot deep scraping marks which I did not want to repair in a body shop. I called to make an appointment for a state inspection and dealt with Austin in service; he was easily able to schedule a time that met my needs. Today I checked in for my appointment and dealt with Austin in person; he was very pleasant and advised me it would be about an hour. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. My paperwork notes that Darrell did my inspection, and while I didn't have face to face contact with him, I am pleased that he left my car exactly as he found it - no moved seats, etc. Will definitely be back.
Great experience! They offer a 4 day or 200 mile No questions return. Other dealerships I visited offered a very short test drive, and as is. I shopped on line for weeks, had a pre approval amount to work with. Spotted a new arrival, called, checked it out under the street light, took it for a test drive. We were able to "borrow" it until business hours on Monday. My two grand daughters were excellent in helping with this process and I know they learned alot. I went in on 9/7 to cancel extended warranty. Made 2 trips to sign the right paperwork. Every time I check my finance company does not show that this has been processed and finance won't return my calls. Buyer beware!!
They go against there word on emails they send and then the service is shotty. Was told one thing and it was wrong and then the put the wrong lug nuts on my car.
Bought a brand new Kia Sedona the early part of August and I was totally impressed by the service. Mark Nolan was the sales man and he was excellent to deal with,little did I know he's a brother to a close friend. I loved the sales department,they told me 15 mins and i timed them and it was spot on. I absolutely loved everything about my purchase.
