Terrible customer service. Bring my 2015 Kia Optima in for an inspection and to change brake pads and was told we don't "have time to change them today" when specifically called amd scheduled the appointment and told the car them the car needed brake pads for inspection. Waste of time and money. Bring your car somewhere else if you need work done.
Wonderful experience! I found the jeep I wanted online. I spent months test driving different vehicles. I ended up loving the Jeep. I was searching for good deals on Jeeps and came across a couple in Vermont. I email both places, and was surprised with a quick response from Berlin city. They had a black jeep at a good price. I bought a beautiful vehicle from Berlin City Kia of Vermont on Saturday, 4/29/17. I had initially found them online and began emailing with Terry Thompson, Jr. who suggested we drive over from NY to take it for a ride. From the moment we pulled in, I was impressed. Fantastic service! Happy people! Friendly and inviting environment! Wouldn't expect anything less from Vermont in general. There were balloons, windows, WiFi, tables and cars!! I came for a simple free inspection and got exactly what I wanted with installation of the front plate at no extra cost! Woot! Also, a great place to hang out while waiting with the coffee and muffins :D
