I had a fantastic experience with Patrick Treanor! The big thing for me was taking the worry out of the whole purchasing process. My old truck had just had issues and I didn't have any money for down payment. They worked with me within my budget to get the car to suit my needs and took care of my old truck. I recommend Berlin City Kia of Vermont to all my friends!
Poor customer service. I went in for a car, was told it will take a few days to work on the financial end of things and never heard from them again.
While the waiting area is nice and the staff are friendly, I've had to wait an obscene amount of time for vehicle service each time I've been here. From oil changes to tire swaps, I've never spent less than two hours at this dealership for simple service. This will be my final visit to the service center here and I'll be bringing my business to my regular mechanic.
I found my car breaking down, and I owned more than it was worth. Some of my first words to Anthony were "I hope you are a magician"...and he was! Not only were Anthony and his team able to get me into a new car within my small budget and negative equity, they were easy and fun to deal with! I would highly recommend Berlin City Kia and will definitely be going back in the future!
Got a 2007 chevy silverado and I'm very pleased with it Patrick the guy we dealt with was very nice and helpful very happy with everything he did to get me in this truck
I would like to give a big shout out to thank Kenyon Pelkey at the Service Department at Berlin City Kia in Williston. I brought my Sportage in for some major work. Unfortunately after the work was completed, another problem arose. The following day Kenyon kindly took care of the new problem free of charge. After feeling discouraged after day one, every thing was righted and I will certainly return to them in the future. Thank you Kenyon and the whole service department!
