Sales people are GREAT..they will get you a car no matter what it takes....BUT...do not hold your breath after that...THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR POLICIES WITH REGISTRATION AND FOLLOW UP...NO WORDS FOR THAT THAT I CAN PUT ON HERE...I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FAMILY TO COME HERE EVER AGAIN....UNLESS MAJOR CHANGES ARE MADE......DON'T GET ME WRONG I JUST LOVE MY KIA SOUL.....BUT..... THERE ARE LIMITS TO HOLDING YOUR BREATH.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will not be returning to Berlin City for any work on my vehicle in the future. I am dissatisfied after bringing in my 2016 Toyota for an inspection with just over 14,000 miles. I was told that the front rotors needed to be resurfaced due to "pitting" and "heavy rust". My vehicle had maintenance in Nov- (5 months ago) with Toyota and all was within the green- no sign of immediate repair needed. Quite frankly the "free inspection" I feel is a scam.
