Super disappointed to find out Berlin City has been telling me my Check Engine light was showing an error, when in fact they knew it was my thermostat. They waited until I had it checked some place else to admit my car had an issue. Apparently this is their policy, to tell the customer 3 times that it’s an error and then fix the issue. This is a great group of people. My husband and I went in today in hopes of driving off with a new car, and they did not let us down. Ben was great to work with! He was laid back but professional, and didn't push us around like some other dealerships have. He was up front and honest about the buying process, and there were no surprises in the end. stop ripping people off on service and hire employees that actually know something about cars
Easy for them to take your money, very regrettable for the buyer who after, has to end up spending thousands of dollars repairing a car they sword to God was in good condition. Never again, and that happened two years ago. The entire staff here offer the worst customer service period when it come to bringing back the damage cars they sell. I will keep telling people to NEVER buy a car here until I live and breath. Negative 1000 stars I will give this establishment if I could.
