I had been in a car accident and motorcycle accident, 10 days apart in July 2019. Wrecked my car and my motorcycle just has battle scars. I shopped everywhere for a car and stumbled upon Berlin City Kia. They made EVERY effort they had and exhausted all avenues to place me into a car so I wouldn't have to rely on my motorcycle in the winter. Our salesman Joe really made us feel like he was a true advocate for the customer. While waiting for the manager's review or finance, Joe was great with conversation and made us feel very welcome. After leaving with a car that wasn't my favorite, Joe was so open to helping us get into something we were going to love to drive. After a long week and two cars later, I'm seriously satisfied with the service Joe provided to us and would highly recommend him to anybody showing for a new car!
We needed to bring in our vehicle for a recall. Everything, thankfully, checked out fine. We also had our vehicle undercoated, including a cavity wax, under body anti-corrosion application, and an oil change with a few other things. We were fully expecting to receive a long list of "problems" that needed "attention" with our vehicle, and to our surprise, there were only a couple of very small, minor things. How refreshing!
