They are dumb idiots. I told them I didn’t have credit and still owe a lot for my Kia now. They tell me to come over to Vermont I live in Peru. It’s an hour drive for me. Can’t thank him enough. Also a thanks to Yousif and his coworker Jay for taking the time to deliver my truck to me at 730 at night when they could have just went home for the night. I’m here with my Mazda for the free state inspection (for anyone). Fast scheduling, and they took my car right in when I go here! Car passed, no money spent! I will highly recommend Berlin City Kia to others & Thank you Ryan from the service department, very professional and very helpful!
The experience of the initial purchase with them was great. Even the customer service. And now that I’ve gave them my business, they seem to neglect everything I’ve asked. I haven’t even received the proper paperwork to register my car, and the transit plate runs out in 2 days, and when I brought this up to them they claimed it was my fault because I didn’t have the “proper” forms filed out, mind you I didn’t get this “paperwork” until after I mentioned to them I haven’t received anything. They are all fine and good until you try to get a hold of them after the sale. Their finance department is very lacking. I bought my previous car from them and they neglected to send me the paperwork to register the car. I had to leave bad feedback for them to get back to me as my plates had expired. Decided to give them another try, this time it was my daughter that they screwed over and still won't get back to her. The finance dept never sent the proper paperwork to the loan people.
