spent forever waiting for paperwork to be done . then they took forever for me to be able to register it in New York. They told me nothing of what I needed to bring them. and then asked me 3 months later for them . would never go back to them
My mom purchased a car from them 17 DAYS ago and got a call today stating that they needed her to come in and fill out all new paperwork because they messed up and gave her an 8% interest rate when it should have been 18% what?! 17 days later the “bank” denies it? Also they were going to let her take the car before all the paperwork was finalized and she told them no in case something didn’t work out. This whole company is sketchy and also told her they’d take her car in as a trade in and never did. Ran her credit sooo many ... read more
