If I could give them a negative star I would! I understand my situation wasn’t ideal or easy! But that being said they didn’t listen to me, kept trying to get me to buy vehicles I didn’t want, my sales agent was brand new and I don’t think he should have been on the floor yet! They continued to run credit apps after being told to stop! Our credit was ran 12 TIMES!!! Dropping my credit score significantly! Wasn’t communicated with very well. This place is awful! Spoke on the phone and through email for two days prior to making the trip to the dealership. Was promised a payment under a certain amount. Drove two hours on false pretenses. After their offer was denied, they drove the wrong vehicle around to look at. Will never go back. Completely disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to my enemy.

A very good friend purchased a car with a warranty. The engine seized and Berlin is saying that the engine failed due to regular wear and tear. Berlin needs to fix this disservice!
