So over a couple of days and hard work from Anthony, Andy (the sales guys I was working with,) and their amazing finance manager kyle, I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a price I can afford! They were also able to get it delivered to me within hours of the paperwork being processed. I am one very happy lady! Thank you so much again guys for all your hard work!!!
At first I certainly though Berlin City was a great place to get a car, they got me a car quickly and fairly smoothly, but then I had significant problems with my vehicle including engine failure. Once the engine failure occurred at a little over a year past purchase, they replaced with the warranty I purchased. After that I had continuous issues of the check engine light coming on, and finally they told me they couldn't help me out anymore. Anthony Goldsmith was the most helpful and patient sales rep to work with. He was really nice and insightful throughout my car buying experience. I knew what I wanted and he made sure I got exactly that. Other sales reps try to force upgrades or other vehicles on you, but he never did that and I appreciate it. My experience with Berlin Kia was A1. My salesman, Anthony Goldsmith, was diligent in finding a car I could afford, and facilitating the process. Anthony was very caring, very personable, and answered every question I had, even if he had to do research. The whole team was great and I am very happy I chose Berlin Kia. I felt respected as an older woman and would recommend Berlin Kia to anyone.

Just purchased our second used edge with these folks and I have to say both times have been great. Carlos is the sales manager there and he is by far the best manager I've ever dealt with in any car buying endeavor to date. Tom V. was a great salesman to work with as well. They like to have fun and no pressure. Let's see how they do with service after the sale as that's the most important part to me and where many fall short. Great job!
