I delt with their service center and Austin is the MAN! They were able to hook me up with a free inspection for my truck, and when I was unable to pay immediately for a busted wiper blade graciously allowed me to take my truck and younger brother home and pay my bill later. I'll be back for service again!

Great service... they stated they were understaffed and busy... but got me out quickly and even worried about the road conditions.
I had a great experience buying a car from Berlin City, the car has had a lot of issues starting with the engine but it is a used car. We have been visiting the service department off and on for the last year and they have helped with a lot of the issues and covered a lot under the warranty I purchased with the vehicle.
