I took my 2015 Lexus GS 350 to Toyota of Murfreesboro to have a diagnostic test run on it because it ran hot. I informed them what was going on with the car and they did a complete diagnostic test on it and told me that I had a blown head gasket in my car, and that they could fix it for over $7000 even though my car was showing no signs of a blown head gasket, and they even told me if I'm not going to get it fixed by them, to take the car home and park it until I get it fixed. so I took my car to Lexus of cool springs to get... read more

Salesperson, Derek, told us they had a Toyota Grand Highlander Nightshade “on the way” and would be delivered the next week. We put a deposit down to “hold” the vehicle that was “in transit.” The next week came and no vehicle was delivered. We had to call for any information and we were told it would be the middle of next month. So we waited until the middle of the next month and still no vehicle.
