John is a wonderful sales person. He has sold me three cars over the years and he is always professional and helps thru the entire process. He shows us how to use each feature in the car as well. WOW I just love my RAV4 which is 100% safe and undamaged according to Service Director Steven Reese. I’m not sure how he came to the conclusion that my suspension was not intermittently shaking “violently” between 65-75 MPH when I had a large sign in my car forbidding him from driving it due to metal fatigue, which is why it was just flatbedded 40 miles to 802, or without him driving on a road that comes close to 65 according to my GPS.
