Close to my home. Sales staff was knowledgeable. He responded well to questions and requests.
The sales person Ken was very good and kept me informed and went out of his way to help
I purchased a new RAV4 from them. Primarily because they maintained a relationship without putting a lot of pressure on me. I was able to take my time, do my research and make a decision w my timetable.
I have used Basil Toyota since I moved to Lockport NY. Bought several vehicles and had all of them service there and never had any problems.
Basil Toyota has the best service in all depts. ! ! Expecailly in the sevice. They care and very fast . Thank you to everyone.
Put 100$ deposit on car after talking to the salesman, donny about warranty, later the insurance guy says it's more than 3× as much. I say that this indicates they think the car could be a lemon. He agrees "thats why it's so high" so I call off purchase. They have not given back deposit. I will edit this review if they do. Donny also questioned why I initially didn't want to put down a deposit a total of 4 times. "Just a hundred dollars", "why not", shady tactic definitely don't give deposit.
