Overcharge compared to any other Toyota dealer in the area. Bad customer service. Don’t honor extended warranty.
Jamie, Matt service and Patrick from finance are great people who work as a team focused on customers and helping them understand warranty issues and coverage. Jamie took care of us and set up reminder for our free oil change for purchase of our rav 4. She fit us in to their busy schedule and had our car taken care of quickly with good care and information for us. Thanks all.
