Always great service and friendly too. Michelle Wasmer was extremely helpful and the technician explained problems he found.
They did not wash my car after service and they told me straight we do not do it. Even though they should do it per Toyota standard. Failed to top the car fluid as well.

the agreed upon price was not the same as bill of sale price that you don't see because you're signing virtually until you review your email later. Ask for a copy of the purchase agreement with dealer. Ask to sign physical copies. Sleazy financer and borderline unethical possibly fraudulent conduct.
