Basil Toyota continues to amaze me. Jamie Branch and the service team are outstanding. They are kind, courteous, efficient and go above /beyond. I had an issue with my power window Tuesday evening, made an appointment for Wednesday morning 7:00 a.m.. The team took my vehicle in diagnosed. The problem also found another problem + head me back up and running by 4:00 p.m. that day. Couldn't ask for better service.
Scheduled an appointment to test drive a 2023 Dodge Challenger sublime green the car was ready and warmed up dealership is very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My sale rep Ema poodry was excellent she helped me negotiate price and get the paperwork and loan approval quickly as well as getting the car detailed to have me on my my if your look for a new or used car basil Toyota is where you want to go trust me you'll love this dealership and ask for Ema she will get you in the right vehicle and keep it in your price... read more

I walked in for a test drive on a vehicle I wasn't to sure about and then feel in love with another vehicle on the lot. They made the process so easy and I was able to come with the vehicle same day!! I would highly recommend shopping with basil toyota for your needs.

This is my favorite Toyota dealer. The thing I’m very happy with is their service department. The service manager Jim McQuade is such a very approachable and nice person to deal with. He always makes great suggestions and makes sure everything is done right. I could go to closer Toyota dealers but their service doesn’t come close to Basils with Jim taking care of customers.
