I recently had service at the Basil Dealership in Lockport. Everything went smooth. Timely and professional. Very pleased with the service department!
Basil handled a recall for me today and investigated another problem as well at my request. The problem was immediately addressed and the recall service was completed. The car was checked over and repair suggestions were made. John the Technician sent me a great video of my car being worked on and Jamie, the Assistant Service Advisor was quite helpful and highly professional as always. Thanks Basil!
