Service Review I brought my Camry in for an inspection. I received a postcard reminding me of it. When I was in, they suggested to combine my 1 year maintenance visit - super convenient and nice. They drove me to work and picked me back up when it was ready. It was very quick-super easy and the car was clean. I mentioned the $2 off from the postcard and they gave me much more than that off of the price. Every time I've been in for service its been nothing but A+.

Excellent Service Department The service department is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is they do not have a maintenance schedule they push on clients to follow. They recommend changing fluids, etc when needed, not based on mileage like many other places. The facility is dog and kid friendly with fresh fruit for snacks and a bathroom with a changing area Added bonus, is a tot seat in one of the stalls so mom can have her hands free and doesn't have to worry about her baby crawling under the stal... read more

Excellent customer service while purchasing a new vehicle From start to finish, my purchase at mike basil Toyota was excellent! Service July 5, 2014 Bob the service advisor was very professional and helpful. He provided me with a loaner vehicle, since my car required lengthy repairs. I was happy with the service and the quality of the work. However, I was disappointed that my car required a new toe adjustor arm at 73,000 miles. I did not expect this type of part to wear out on a Toyota. I do appreciate your Saturday service hours.

Service We recently purchased two new vehicles and we are very happy work them. Our first service was to have a dent removed from the back of of our Rav4 and have our remote car starters installed in both the Rav4 and Tundra. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly. We will continue to have our vehicles serviced here.

Positive Experience at Basil Toyota In May I had a 6 month service appointment, and I mentioned to Jim McQuade, assistant service manager, that there was a small dent in the passenger door of my 2013 Toyota Avalon. He immediately took a look and then had someone from the body shop also examine. it. Dishonest, no respect for customers Salesman lied about price of truck including tax, would not give my wife a copy of purchase order, many promises to refund deposit, 2 weeks before they would own up to keeping deposit. I've bought 15 cars in 20 years and am very loyal to the dealers I have bought from. This one will not get any references from me, or any opportunities to sell to me or my family. A shame they don't know what word of mouth can do.

Best Dealer I had another appointment right after my service. I told Brian that I had to be back in Depew by 9:00 am and he told me no problem. He kept his word. Good service Had oil change, brakes adjusted, recall handled and clean up service. Everything was noted on invoice with the exception of recall, Front rubber mat was missing when we went back to dealership and they retified the situation. I was impressed. Only comment I would suggest in clean up they explain what is covered. Our rear seats where we generally put walker has some soiled spots that were not covered or cleaned. Needed a higher price clean up service.
