Great people and serivce Went to this dealership looking to buy a used car. The people were very friendly and super helpful. Didn't end up getting a car from them on this trip but would definitely go back in the future.

Returning customer JoAnne Lotterio 6/15/2015 I leased my second Rav from Basil Toyota last week. I went in for an oil change and left with a new Rav. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2012 Rav with all wheel drive and did not hesitate to lease again. The sales staff, finance representative and service department are all great. Five Star dealership!

No appointment and still great service. I wanted to have a tire changed so I called and asked if the dealer service department would change it for me. Not only did they change my tire they also asked if I wanted my 10000 miles Toyota care service done on my 2014 Camry to save me an additional trip. Well I am very pleased with the service I received especially when I didn't have an appointment.

30,000 mile checkup I brought my car in the day before my scheduled appointment. I had my check up and a full detailing. Everything was done by Friday afternoon. Our scheduled pick up time!

great! I brought my RAV4 in for a detail cleaning. Brian called me before the estimated time of service to say that my vehicle was ready for pick up. WOW! I was thrilled at the quick turn around. My vehicle looks brand new, they did a very thorough job. Thank you so much. Sue

Last Minute Decision Made a decision at the last minute (again) to get the 30,000 mile service done. Set up the appointment online, arrived on time, was met by a courteous service coordinator, and the service was done to my complete satisfaction. They even rotated my tires again for free. I couldn't be more pleased by their service personnel.

Good people! I do all my automotive business with Basil Toyota. They take care everything quickly and precisely and have a splendid customer lounge. I've found that their prices are competitive and sometimes lower than other shops in town. I trust them with our Toyotas and maintenance and repairs on my old Chevy pickup as well.

Awesome Customer Service I brought my 2014 Toyota Camry into Basil Toyota fro a 5,000 mile Synthetic Vehicle Service at no cost to me. Upon entering the service area I was greeted by Brian and welcomed to Basil. I was waiting for my vehicle work to be done so Brian showed me to (a very comfortable) waiting area.
