Good servcie I have always had excellent results when I have briought my Tundra in for servcie at Basil Toyota. friendly staff, efficient, convenieent waiting room and fair pricing.
Repair time! They advised me as to the repair time and were ahead of that time. They were courteous and respectful and just plain friendly! I relaxed in their comfortable waiting room.
Courteous, friendly, professional staff. All my dealings with the people at Basil Toyota have been positive. Service has always been handled in a timely, professional manner. Service departments will always come up with some additional "scheduled service" that you can choose to do or not, based on your understanding and pocketbook. This is the first and only dealer service department that I have been able to say anything positive about and am willing to go back to with my service issues.

Do not service your vehicle at this dealership I bought a certified preowned 2012 Camry LE from Basil Toyota at the end of 2014. Just a year and a half later, I recently took it in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was just told that my alignment was already off and needed to be realigned ($100). I was also told that my brake calipers were rusting and needed to be replaced as they were applying uneven wear to my brake pads ($105). Friendly The service department is always friendly a pleasant to deal with. They are efficient, and have taken care of me in a timely manner. If I choose to buy another car here it will be because of the service department.
Service Department I have been taking my Land Cruiser to Basil for service and have had nothing but positive experiences. Everything is neat and clean when you pull in. A service representative comes out right away. There are two comfortable waiting areas for customers. It is a pleasant easy experience from the time you drive in until you drive away.
Excellent service all around! I can be a hard person to deal with at times. I personally work in the public eye and I am held to a high standard so I often expect the same when I go place and at mike basil with Scott and Frank working with me it was nothing short of the finest treatment! And my Tacoma is just as awesome as the employees. Thank to Toyota for a great buying experience!
Outstanding sales staff I was car shopping, and living quite a distance from car dealers, besides not having tons of time to go from car dealer to dealer, I was very impressed with doing my 'dealing' from my phone; These people were more than helpful with my every question, finding me the car and my price. No pressure, just straight up talk. No dealer shenanigans.
