Basil Toyota sucks My brother purchased a Toyota Rave from this dealership, after warrenty expired he returned for an oil change. My brother recently had a stroke and is wheelchair bound. He was told by service he needed expensive repairs, to the vehicle. Since money is tight ,my brother took his vehicle to his repairman to see if he could help him out. Come to find out BASIL told him a complete lie of the repair work needed. This is not the first time I have heard of bad practices from the Basil Group. No "Thank-you"
friendly and highly professional service I have serviced there our 2009 Toyota Corolla and 2003 Nissan Xterra. Brian Button in the Service Department is always very friendly and very knowledgeable. He is always there to go above and beyond to help, to explain the service required, suggest alternatives, and give whatever discounts they have available. service is great,dealer not I bought a 2012 Tacoma at full price for a 2015 truck, if that is your idea of a "good deal" the go for it. Shame on me for trusting the slick USED CAR dealer to be honest. The service is as good as I expected ,except that I "thought" [ see I trusted the word of the 'used car dealer' ] that ALL was covered and finding paint damage more than a few spots, was told "suck it up, we don't do that".
Exceptional Service Awoke one morning and found that our Camry was completely without power. The AAA service said that it was either the battery or starter. Called Basil Toyota which immediately scheduled an appointment that morning. AAA service towed the Camry to Basil Toyota. After a reasonable wait, it was determined that only the battery needed replacement. Once replaced I was happily back on the road.
Great experience at Basil Toyota My husband and I have purchasing our vehicles from Basil Toyota since 2001! Our most recent experience has been the best, with Mark Stisser and his team! Or sales process was quick and hassle free. Mark and his team ensured we were informed and supported each step of the way, and that support has continued far beyond our purchase. Best Day Ever! I have been in the market for a new car for quite some time now. I live about 40 minutes from this particular dealership and when I received a call from the dealership, the staff was so pleasant I figured that I would give it a shot. High pressure one day only I received a letter from the dealership offering to purchase my car for $5300. I called the dealer to make sure it was a legitimate offer and was assured it was. When I arrived they offered me $3800 cash or $7000 on a trade. Disappointed as I was I took the cash. I was told check would be ready Monday. I could pick it up or have it mailed. Toyota airbag recall remedy I received our recall letter for the airbag on our 2004 Corolla on Tuesday. I called Basil and had it completed by Thursday ay 8 pm. They are rated a ten in our book!

oil change and check up I was taken care of immediately when I drove into the garage. The service manager took my keys and verified why I was there and told me that they would take care of me very quickly. I had a seat in their comfortable waiting area and I was done in no time. No muss no fuss just great service. Very friendly place and people.
