Mike Basil and his staff are just amazing I have been bringing my 2003 Tacoma to Basil Toyota for about 6 yrs now and I, without a doubt, would never go anywhere else. There have been times that I have had a problem and called to ask if they could fit me in and have been told EVERY time to just come on over. Great service! I was able to book a next day appointment on line long after the dealership was closed. In frigid temperatures I could pull my car right in to the heated garage and it was waiting there for me when it was done. My oil change and tire rotation was done while I enjoyed a complimentary soda and got caught up on the news in the very comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff and great customer service.

Fantastic Service! I called to make an appointment and they were able to get my car in the same day and offer multiple times to choose from. I brought my car into the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I was only there about 30 minutes. The waiting area was very inviting. Routine Maintenance Took our 2013 Toyota Camry in for routine maintenance. The guys at Basil Toyota are awesome. Honest, understandable and really quick with the work, so much so that I could easily wait for the work to be done. I'd recommend buying a car off these guys because the great treatment doesn't end when you pull off the lot like at so many other dealerships. Their service department takes the same kind of approach to their customers as the sales department does.

They keep me informed I take my Prius in every 5,000 miles for oil and tire rotation. The service associates keep me informed as to what other service I may need. They keep me updated on any recalls, filter conditions, brake condition and fluid levels and if a flush is needed. Because of this service I feel the car is kept in top notch condition.

At Mike BasilToyota its easy and a pleasure doing business I am a last minute person for most things in life. I can call Mike Basil Toyota service and get in the same day; they always try to accommodate me. I bought my last 2 cars from them and being a woman who doesn't know too much about the car business and the wheeling and dealin but I always feel that I can trust them and know that they are a hard working bunch of people that always try their hardest to get you a great deal.

Great Service Kinda Pricy I have a 2012 Toyota Camry that had a factory recall on it and I needed an oil change. The service department was very polite and did the service in a very good time. The only complaint I have is the charge for the oil change. I have had my oil changed there in the past and was under $40. When I went to pay my bill it was $63! I know they are there to make money but I can change my own oil for around $36 and don't mind paying a few more bucks for the service but not that much. I guess its my own fau... read more
