Excellent service in a reasonable amount of time. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 6:50am for a 7:00am appointment. I was able to pull the car into an enclosed heater area where the service writer greeted me. After the greeting he explained that I would be more comfortable sitting in the large waiting area in the sales area where there is a TV to watch for the customers convenience. Service Excellence Made a last-minute appointment with Basil Toyota online, but was still able to find the time I wanted. I required the 25,000 mile checkup and service for my RAV-4. Showed up on time and was met immediately by a friendly and competent service technician. We quickly filled out the paperwork and I was on my way to the comfortable customer lounge area. Great service experience I have had my Prius C serviced, since I bought it, at Basil Toyota and have had nothing but a great experince. The waiting room has great furniture, a large screen tv, and complimenary drinks. They even have a computer room with free wi-fi. The employees that are moving about performing their duties always nod and acknowledge my presence. They make you feel like they enjoy their work. very satisfied with the customer service experience at Basil I drive a 2006 Toyota Camry. I have had it serviced at Basil Toyota since I bought it there brand new. I completely trust the service guys to take good care of my car and good care of me. I've had very good luck with a car that is nearly 9 years old. I rely on Basil to let me know what needs to be serviced and when. I'm admittedly not a car person, so I trust them completely. I'm very satisfied with the customer service experience at Basil Toyota.

Friendly Faces, Great Service, Clean Facility Basil Toyota has been a great dealership for me. In 2012, they went above and beyond to get me a great deal on financing so that I could get the vehicle that I needed within my budget. The service department continues to deliver with friendly, attentive staff that listen to my concerns. Great car buying and service experience I bought a Subaru Impreza from them in May 2014. I love my car and was able to negotiate a good price with no hassles. I returned a few months later for my first free complementary oil change and they were very quick and courteous. In addition to the oil change, they fixed a few little cosmetic things on my car without me asking. Fair prices on the cars and service along with courteous staff would keep me coming back.
