very satisfied with the customer service experience at Basil I drive a 2006 Toyota Camry. I have had it serviced at Basil Toyota since I bought it there brand new. I completely trust the service guys to take good care of my car and good care of me. I've had very good luck with a car that is nearly 9 years old. I rely on Basil to let me know what needs to be serviced and when. I'm admittedly not a car person, so I trust them completely. I'm very satisfied with the customer service experience at Basil Toyota.

Friendly Faces, Great Service, Clean Facility Basil Toyota has been a great dealership for me. In 2012, they went above and beyond to get me a great deal on financing so that I could get the vehicle that I needed within my budget. The service department continues to deliver with friendly, attentive staff that listen to my concerns. Great car buying and service experience I bought a Subaru Impreza from them in May 2014. I love my car and was able to negotiate a good price with no hassles. I returned a few months later for my first free complementary oil change and they were very quick and courteous. In addition to the oil change, they fixed a few little cosmetic things on my car without me asking. Fair prices on the cars and service along with courteous staff would keep me coming back. Easy & Fun Experience When it was time to replace my 1999 Corolla with 267,000 miles on it, I knew what I really wanted was another Toyota. I decided on a 2010 Corolla from Basil in Lockport. Taylor & George made the buying experience so very simple. I went there on a Sunday & I was driving the car home the next night. While I did have a minor issue, as soon as Wally & Shannon were made aware of it, the issue was resolved. They are all very professional, and cared about whether I was happy or not.

Better than most I had [ and still do ] an issue with the purchase of my Toyota Tacoma [ but LOVE the truck ! ] . But that aside,I find the service personal to be VERY good at their job,and as fast as they can get it done = they do. I do miss the car wash that 'was' offered prior to the new department that gets a fee for a wash etc. Long as the coffee is hot and the wait is small,I am happy. BUT just my personal taste ,I love STRONG coffee = and your's is not !

Not honoring warranty service I am a retired military veteran and currently working for the federal government. I have purchased my share of used cars in many different states. I purchased a used 07 RAV4 on Aug 9 for my teenage daughter. I was told that each used car vehicle undergo a 160 point inspection. Efficient and knowledgeable staff Not only is the staff efficient and knowledgeable but the surroundings are also. I have purchased Toyotas over the last 9 years or so. All three cars have been fine along with the service. There was a free dinner and training night for car buyers with each new car purchased. Great Deal on a Hard-To-Find Car I heard that Toyota was discontinuing the FJ Cruiser, so I went to my usual Toyota dealer to try to order one. They were helpful, but I wanted a second opinion on what I could get. Not only did they find a car with the options I wanted, they beat my former dealer's price on my trade-in by $3,200! The car came in the next day, and I took delivery immediately. It's a little bit of a drive to Lockport, but definitely worth it in this case. The sales manager and salesman were very good.
