As a returning customer my wife and I were treated like crap. Wouldn't negotiate on the price and lied to us about giving us weathertech floormats. Also during the test drive the van wasnt clean and the wheel weights flew off the rims. We have never been treated so badly before and we are still waiting for a part that is still owed to us. We will never use any Basil dealership ever!

If I were able to give a higher rate to these young men I would. This was my first experience going to a dealer by myself to buy my first car. These young men were able to advise me and explain to me the different features of each car to help me to make a decision. They were able to offer me a GREAT price that I was able to afford to pay monthly once I decided what I wanted. I bought a Toyota Camry 2012 last week. After I bought the car, I realized that it came with only one key with no spare keys. When I contacted Basil staff they told me that the car was supplied with only one key since it was bought at an auction! I was upset about this. However I contacted Mr Shannon, General manager with Basil. He was extremely cooperative and promised to give me a spare key. I am very pleased with the Basil staff. Great going guys!! vivin
We leased a Prius (our first new car and first lease) from here a few months ago and just went in for our first scheduled maintenance. All I have to say is WOW! I have been to the service department several times for routine scheduled maintenance, and warranty / recall visits. The service managers are friendly and knowledgable, the technicians have been well trained, and the quality of work has been excellent. They are willing to explain the details of any part of the repair, and do not try to sell you anything extra. The place is clean and easy to check in and out.
I would highly recommend this dealership for the purchase of a Toyota. This is the second time I have leased a new Toyota through this dealership. My experience at Basil Toyota was excellent. I was happy with the vehicle price, trade in and financing. Our sales reps were friendly, attentive, and helped did everything possible to make sure were happy with our new vehicle. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Basil Toyota because everyone we worked with was interested in helping us obtain a vehicle that we wanted at the right price. It is our 5th car from the Basil family!
I had scheduled a regular service visit and forgot my appointment time. I called the service department and was able to bring my vehicle in within the hour and get the services I needed. They were very friendly and did not try to lecture me about missing my scheduled time. I leased my vehicle back in May and have only had excellent interactions with this dealer, whether dealing with the sales staff, service or administrative staff. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in good value and exceptional service. Mike
