Last Minute Decision Made a decision at the last minute (again) to get the 30,000 mile service done. Set up the appointment online, arrived on time, was met by a courteous service coordinator, and the service was done to my complete satisfaction. They even rotated my tires again for free. I couldn't be more pleased by their service personnel.

Good people! I do all my automotive business with Basil Toyota. They take care everything quickly and precisely and have a splendid customer lounge. I've found that their prices are competitive and sometimes lower than other shops in town. I trust them with our Toyotas and maintenance and repairs on my old Chevy pickup as well.

Awesome Customer Service I brought my 2014 Toyota Camry into Basil Toyota fro a 5,000 mile Synthetic Vehicle Service at no cost to me. Upon entering the service area I was greeted by Brian and welcomed to Basil. I was waiting for my vehicle work to be done so Brian showed me to (a very comfortable) waiting area. Best car purchasing experience Leasing my 2015 Toyota Prius from Basil Toyota in Lockport was the best experience I have had in dealing with car dealerships yet. Service Everyone at this dealership has been great. Have bought two vehicle from them and have used their service since 2008. You can find the owner Mike Basil walking the floor checking to make sure the customers are satisfied. The service department is outstanding. I drive 50 miles round trip passing other dealers to take my car there for service. They're that good! Dave Dudziak
