Best car purchasing experience Leasing my 2015 Toyota Prius from Basil Toyota in Lockport was the best experience I have had in dealing with car dealerships yet. Service Everyone at this dealership has been great. Have bought two vehicle from them and have used their service since 2008. You can find the owner Mike Basil walking the floor checking to make sure the customers are satisfied. The service department is outstanding. I drive 50 miles round trip passing other dealers to take my car there for service. They're that good! Dave Dudziak

Mike Basil and his staff are just amazing I have been bringing my 2003 Tacoma to Basil Toyota for about 6 yrs now and I, without a doubt, would never go anywhere else. There have been times that I have had a problem and called to ask if they could fit me in and have been told EVERY time to just come on over. Great service! I was able to book a next day appointment on line long after the dealership was closed. In frigid temperatures I could pull my car right in to the heated garage and it was waiting there for me when it was done. My oil change and tire rotation was done while I enjoyed a complimentary soda and got caught up on the news in the very comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff and great customer service.

Fantastic Service! I called to make an appointment and they were able to get my car in the same day and offer multiple times to choose from. I brought my car into the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I was only there about 30 minutes. The waiting area was very inviting. Also, the guy a the desk answered my questions about taking an extended road trip in my vehicle. Great service! Kristin Collea
