Twelve year Customer I keep returning to Basil Toyota for 12 years for a few reasons. My number one reason is Brian Button in the service department. Brian is very kind, trustworthy and helpful; and he explains what is happening to my vehicle when it is in for service. I also am very satisfied with the warranty of the Certified Toyota vehicles. First time purchase of a new car at Basil Toyota I did not plan to purchase a new 2016 Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid at Basil. I did not want to purchase a car at a dealership I had never visited. Great customer service Mike Otwell at Basil Toyota was. wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to make the purchase of my new Toyota possible, also Frank in financing was so pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to get me a credit back on a warranty that I hadn't seen fully used. Great team work! Great job. They wanted to make sure I was very happy.

Terrible Deceptive. Managers will not return calls with explanation. Financing department willfully disguised cost of extended program to make sale. I f the courteous of returning a new customers phone calls cannot be returned by three separate individuals perhaps unethical practices are the norm to get the sale Perhaps the owner of Basil Toyota would be courteous enough to respond to unanswered phone calls Thank you
Outstanding customer service From the time you walk in the door your treated like family. Even after the sell my sells still emails me or calls me to make sure car is running good. The service department is very knowledgeable and easy to make appointments.
Great Service The employees in this dealership work hard to ensure your satisfaction in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! My wife and I bought a used RAV4 from here and we're treated as if we bought a new Ferrari! Brought the RAV4 in for a routine and maintenance and was out of there in no time, with no hoops to jump through. Highly recommend their services in finding a new vehicle or getting your vehicle serviced.
Routine Maintenance The staff were professional and polite. The maintenance required was completed in a timely manner and the price was fair. The car is running smoothly.
"Great Service" I recently had factory service performed at Basil Toyota. They went to work on my Tacoma as soon as I arrived. The waiting area had any thing you would want. Very nice restrooms, also.
