Outstanding customer service From the time you walk in the door your treated like family. Even after the sell my sells still emails me or calls me to make sure car is running good. The service department is very knowledgeable and easy to make appointments.
Great Service The employees in this dealership work hard to ensure your satisfaction in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! My wife and I bought a used RAV4 from here and we're treated as if we bought a new Ferrari! Brought the RAV4 in for a routine and maintenance and was out of there in no time, with no hoops to jump through. Highly recommend their services in finding a new vehicle or getting your vehicle serviced.

Great customer service This dealership was wonderful customer service. They really worked with me and found me the best car for me within my budget. They also worked around my schedule and got me in and out the day I got the car very quickly so I could make it to work. Other dealerships make you feels like once you buy a car they forget you and this dealership was the opposite which was a very pleasant surprise.
RUDE. Not Veteran/Military Friendly. Went to Basil Toyota wanting to trade my 6-month old Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock that is MSRP’d at $44,900. The vehicle is obviously in perfect shape. I went with every intention to buy, the capability to buy, and title in my pocket. So, I was looking at a 4-Runner, with a $39700 MSRP.
