Exceptional I have bought many vehicles from Basil Toyota and will continue to do so. When the Basil's have salesman such as Mark Stisser who go above and beyond, buying a new vehicle is a hassel free experience. Mark showed my wife and I the highlander and made sure it was the best vehicle for us and that the price would suit our budget. Great experience!!!!! Wasn't pressured into anything. Jamie asked me what I was looking for and she delivered. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership. Great service department that can service all makes and models. Great group of people over there.

Service Visit I took my Toyota Camry in for a service visit. Your staff is always courteous and professional. They always get me in and out in a timely manner. They were also very accommodating in scheduling an appointment around my work schedule.

Basil Toyota Service I took my 2009 RAV4 in for service. As usual, the service was outstanding. Service dept. was friendly, helpful and informative. They are always very detailed in telling you exactly what is being done to your vehicle. Best service dept. anywhere. Would highly recommend Basil Toyota.

Basil Toyota Service When I took my vehicle in for maintenance, I planned on waiting, since when I booked my appointment, I didn't have anything planned. I was offered a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Several things came up that I needed to get done that day and I was able to get them done while mine was being serviced. I would like to point out that it was a free loaner. This is one of the reasons why I switched to this dealership after 25 years + at another one. John H

Always great service and follow up! Never have I been disappointed by Basil's sales and service department. And they do a great job - make you feel right at home! They have a real concern for the customer......

This is based on one terrible thing they did. My Sales expert was Brittany Hopper. She was great. As I walked in the front door she greated me with a smile and willingness to assist me.
