Another Basil GREAT DEAL! In sum: all the things they did NOT do sold me. No attitude toward female buyer. No "Bait and switch", no BS, just an out the door price, and the ability to test drive under my typical driving conditions. Every staff member was friendly and helpful if they were able. If left alone, it was not dawdling, but doing as I asked, and helping. Do NOT want to have a leech stuck to me while buying!

Excellent, friendly and peaceful I've been buying Toyotas for almost 20 years. Bought my 2016 Prius for the first time from Basil. Although a drive for me for service, it is well worth it as the waiting area is comfortable (outside in warm weather), the service personnel are friendly, a place to work with your computer or charge your phone. It was far different from what I was used to - overworked personnel and noisy, loud TV, hectic and constant loudspeaker announcements. Only had 5000 mile check up but it was great.

Review of dealership I bought my SUV here last November. Quite a few people warned me about wait times for maintenance. I've been here several times now for my oil change, tire rotation, minor repair and inspection. I've never been waiting more than 1hour 15 mins! I am pleasantly surprised EACH time! Good Service They serviced our 2015 sienna last week it was swift and complete... was wondering why at other dealerships they at wash your vehicle at the time of regularly scheduled service.. I think it is a nice gesture that Basil might want to consider.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE--AVOID AT ALL COSTS As a former Basil employee said to me, "Save yourself the trouble...GO TO NORTHTOWN OR WEST HERR." Seriously though, drive ten extra minutes down the road..you'll forever be glad you did. Extremely nice facility, however Mike Basil has horribly inept, unprofessional employees representing his company (Chris Jagielo in particular). Excellent Experience and Service Purchased a used vehicle from them. From the moment I went in, thru the test drive and purchasing process they were very friendly and professional. The service dept has provided excellent and timely service when I've come in for routine maintenance or other service issues. Good dealer ! Me and my husband went in basil Toyota hoping to see what we want only but not hoping that day we went hope bring Toyota Camery 2017 . It went very well we love and the employees are very friendly . Good service Good experience with this dealer, service was great. The service manager provided me with time required to get the job done and did follow up calls to make sure I was aware of was was to done to my vehicle.
