Buying RAV4 hybrid a pleasant experience Everyone at Basil was pleasant, courteous and cheerful. Our salesman, Mich was easy to work with ,no high pressure sales. Taylor in finance and also the accessory guy (name exscapes me) were good to work with. Look forward to buying a second car their very soon.

Good quick service I enjoy taking my Toyota Sienna to Basil for service. The Service manager is very helpful, the waiting area is comfortable and the service work is done correctly and efficiently. The service department goes out of their way to explain everything, answer all questions and give all the discounts that you may be entitled to. Basil is an outstanding dealership.

Puchase 2017 highlander The sales person was excellent. Very good experience. Would highly recommend this sales person. Jamie and George were very easy to work with. I have recommend Jamie to my friends if they are interested in a Toyota

Tim Sequist and My Prius 4 Basil Toyota in Lockport is a great place to buy a car and have it serviced. I have bought at least 2 cars from Tim Secrist over the years. He is an excellent sales rep and he is very helpful to me when it comes to technology and just with the basics of the car. I love my Prius 4.

I purchased 2017 Rav4 I would highly recommend Basil Toyota!!!! Salespeople were highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic! Thank you Jamie and Doc! The sales manager (James) was very accommodating and pleasant to negotiate with! Even the finance portion was pleasant! They have a great amount of inventory which made the purchase easy! Dealership is clean and modern and covers all facets of of your purchasing needs!

2017 Tundra After driving F-150's for 20 years I finally wised up. One test drive of the Tundra sold me. I was only shopping on Monday and ended up coming home with my new truck. The salesman Mark Stisser put together a deal to good to turn down. My overall experience at Mike Basil Toyota isa excellent. Great staff and I even met Mike. Thank You, Michael Murphy

Best in town! I love buying my cars from Mike Basil Toyota. I have bought and leased over 12 vehicles from them over the past 6 years and they are the best! The pricing and the service are what keep me coming back. I will never buy from anyone else!
