scheduled service Very easy to set up a service appt. I chose to wait for the oil change/tire rotation. Browsed the new vehicles and then relaxed in the lounge. Out the door in about 30 minutes. Great service!!

excellent customer service I had my 2010 Buick Lacross in for service.Kevin and Steve was so good in up dating me on telling me what was going on with the vehicle.I was SO happy with the customer service.I would rate it NUMBER ONE.Even with the sales.I was so happy with the dealership. (THANKS TOO ALL.)

Above and. Beyond Went in for my 15,000 mile service and asked them to check my brakes they took care of it right away and kept me informed through out the process. Thank you Basil Toyota.

Always a breeze. I had my tundra in for its FREE 15,000 mile tire rotation /check up. The dealership is always clean... always has fresh coffee and fruit as well as Internet access on their computers or your own smartphone. This always helps time fly while you were waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. They also have a very cozy waiting room with fireplace and large screen TV. Treated excellently and answered all are questions Couldn’t ask for better service treated with respect took care of us excellently answered all are questions and couldn’t do enough for us even when we called and had questions I would recommend anybody to go there

Service Satisfactory Brought my vehicle in for LOF and also brakes. They also repaired one of the tires. Wait time wasn't too bad and the desk people were friendly and courteous.

Not a good experience I just started shopping for a new car. It was busy there, Saturday afternoon. They had a full team of associates up front and it took at least 20 minutes to come over to us. The guy was not all that friendly. I would tell you his name but I forgot and threw out his business card. I took a stock, bare-bones Tacoma for a test drive. It was ok, not great.
