Service was efficient and the staff were courteous and helpful. Loved the shuttle serve so I didn’t have to wait around all day.
The salesman, manager and finance professionals were all friendly and listened to the parameters that had to be met for me to make a deal. Actually, this was the smoothest process I’ve ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Toyota of Dallas is the definition of bait-and-switch. They texted me directly a written out-the-door deal for $67,000 on a Tundra. I drove all the way there, wasted my time, only to be told the price was actually $10,000 MORE than what they promised me in writing. When I called them out, they told me it was a “mistake” by a new employee. That excuse is unacceptable — especially since he told me multiple times that he had spoken to his manager. Dealership is ok the service not so much, atleast offer to wash the cars as other dealers do

I met John when I went in looking for a car replacement. From his initial handshake to the final one he was exceptional every step of the way. Getting me right out for a test drive to him being genuinely kind, helpful and hardworking to get me the best deal I could for the car I wanted.
