Treated excellently and answered all are questions Couldn’t ask for better service treated with respect took care of us excellently answered all are questions and couldn’t do enough for us even when we called and had questions I would recommend anybody to go there

Not a good experience I just started shopping for a new car. It was busy there, Saturday afternoon. They had a full team of associates up front and it took at least 20 minutes to come over to us. The guy was not all that friendly. I would tell you his name but I forgot and threw out his business card. I took a stock, bare-bones Tacoma for a test drive. It was ok, not great. They wanted over $36,000 for it and only offered $3,000 for my 2010 Toyota Sienna. They would not budge. I told him I wanted a low monthly payment and on... read more

Should have walked out I have shopped for vehicles for almost 30yrs and never have I had so many problems with a dealership. My wait time was horrendous. I was told one thing and then they came back with another. The finance person just would not take no for an answer. I felt pressured on every thing I did. Never got a straight answer for anything. Quality product and efficient, caring service I have been doing business with Basil Toyota for about 20 years. Everyone there is part of a team that delivers a quality product and efficient, caring service. I wouldn't buy any other type of car or deal with any other dealership.

Tracy Schultz - Getzville,NY I made an appointment at 10:30 to have my 2016 4-Runner that I bought last year for its scheduled free 10,000 mile check-up and threw in a detail for $99.99 at the time I made my appointment. They told me it would take about 3 hours, (1:30). When I came back in at 2:00 to see if my vehicle was ready, I waited another hour, (3:00).
