Honest Service My daughter took her car in that I leased for her for an oil change and tire rotation. It was found that brakes were rusted and if replaced would be $300 +, the service tech recommended an alternative that did not cost any additional money. .

Worst treatment Purchased a preowned vehicle from this dealer. My car was never inspected at this dealership. It was never cleaned inside smelled like someone puked in the backseat. Had to bring it back to be cleaned. I told them that it was pulling to the right. This was brought back for the second time. The service dept. couldn't get the tires off. That tells me no inspection was done by them prior to purchase The tires were supposed to replaced but the dealer never called bothered to call me to be replaced. It has been a ... read more

New Car My wife just purchased a brand new 4Runner and had a wonderful experience! Our salesman Scott was great to work with and very easy to deal with. All expectations were met and we were able to come to a price agreement in a realativly short period of time. All their staff are friendly, made us feel welcome and made the whole experience go smoothly. Highly recommend Basil Toyota!

Prompt, on-time, good communication, and pleasant Bought a car in 2016, and take it there for all routine maintenance. Make the appointment on-line, and they are prepared, take it on time, know what is to be done, and I never wait more than an hour. Waiting area is clean and comfy with fruit snacks, coffee, and water. Wish the water was cold and the coffee fresh and hot. Neither is true. Rockers in an outside waiting area when weather permits.
