Prompt, on-time, good communication, and pleasant Bought a car in 2016, and take it there for all routine maintenance. Make the appointment on-line, and they are prepared, take it on time, know what is to be done, and I never wait more than an hour. incompetent I tried to order accessories for my Tacoma. Parts received but lost. Incorrect parts received. Gave hard time when asking for refund. Spent 4 1/2 hours in waiting room to find out parts were incorrect. Extremely disappointed.
