Staff was very friendly and even though I was early they took great care of me from sales to finance manager. 2 nd time buying a car from Jordon and it just keeps getting better.
I was very pleased with Paulo Figueiredo, he was very kind and helped me decide on which vehicle would be best for me.

I like the service communications updates while you wait, and they give estimate times for completion of service too. Nice patio to relax while you wait. Basil Toyota is my recommendation.

I have purchased many a vehicle in my 75 years on earth, but Jalisa was by far and away the best vehicle salesperson I have ever encountered. She listened and she offered many options without trying to steer me in a particular direction. It was a real breath of fresh air to work with a salesperson who was not "pushy." Zahid is awesome. There's a push for unnecessary services but understandable due to economy. I left a note to check rattling, but it was not checked as another appointment was necessary according to service.
