Great Dealership I have been dealing with Mike and his crew for many years. I am planning on my 7th purchase in the upcoming year. I live in the Southtowns, so it is a bit farther for me, but the upfront purchase, and the quick and easy service more then pays for the added distance. New truck, rough braking??? Great dealership and service center. My new truck had a rough braking issue. They immediately leveled the rotors and had me out the door quickly. They said if the problem persists to bring it back and they’d replace them.

Always go to Basil I have gone to Basil Toyota for a number of years even though there is another Toyota dealer much closer to my home. I took the Corolla I previously owned to Basil for service and recently leased a 2018 Corolla. Everyone I've come into contact with at this dealership has been pleasant and friendly.

Everything Accomplished To My Satisdfaction While I had been there once before for a simple oil change, I received a notice in the mail that my 2013 Prius was the subject of a safety recall for a software update. Since the car was also due for maintenance,I knew I should probably get both items done and be done with it. Very great service department I am on my 4th Toyota Rav 4 from Basil Toyota Dealership & have brought my vehicle to their service department for all of them. Their service department personnel are the best. They are courteous, helpful & extremely efficient. My Rav 4 is always taken care of as quickly as possible & always returned to me in excellent condition. I'm always treated as if I am their most valued customer & I have noticed that they treat all their customers the same way.

Great service department I brought my 2018 Rav 4 in for service without an appointment. They took my car in right away and my car was ready within a half and hour. The gentleman who helped me was courteous and respectful and I will definitely continue to bring my car into this dealership moving forward.
