Doris Bounphasaysonh was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. She even found and applied a coupon for me for the least expensive oil change without me asking! I think she is doing a great job-especially as none of the other people reached out to me to see if I needed help even though they seemed to be not doing anything. Doris was with another customer and yet she said “I’ll be right with you” and came over to me as soon as she was finished with the other people.
