15 month maintenance and 4 wheel alignment. Quick, efficient, informative. Did not expect to need the alignment but after mechanic explained the circumstances and the benefit, without being pushy, I decided it was a good idea. And it seemed reasonably priced.
Customer service is top priority After a few bumps with miss communication due to distance we finally were able to make a deal on a car. I gave them a two star rating, then a four star rating, and now a 5 star rating. That is how important reviews and customer option means to this dealership. I strongly recommend this dealership. Also a very impressive showroom and service department.

Excellent customer service, attention to detail I've been a customer of Basil Toyota for a few years and am always impressed with their Service Department. They always exceed my expectations. When you arrive, you are promptly met by an attendant and quickly in-process. They also texted me to keep me updated on my vehicle's status. I highly-recommend Basil Toyota - they are excellent!
Big disconnect between dealership and service department Watch out for the sales team - they will sell you all these care plan upgrades on used cars and not back them up! Each time I returned for my care plan maintenance, they could not find the records despite the Toyota care plan card I produced. Horrible sales people.
Basil if a great dealer They have great service department and friendly staff. Everyone is willing to help. Finance guy was awesome I think his name was Michael but misplaced his card.
More great service at Basil in Lockport They fit our car in fast to patch a tire despite being a holiday weekend, thank you Basil for still more of your great service
Knowledgeable & Friendly! They always go above and beyond at this Dealership. Checking that everything is working properly, not to mention the extras like filling the fluids. The Staff is very friendly, from the ladies who answer the phone, to the guys that greet you at the door, right down to the Techs/Mechanics themselves. I've purchased my vehicle here new a few years ago, and will continue to service it there, they always do a great job! Thanks everyone!
