Big disconnect between dealership and service department Watch out for the sales team - they will sell you all these care plan upgrades on used cars and not back them up! Each time I returned for my care plan maintenance, they could not find the records despite the Toyota care plan card I produced. Horrible sales people.
Basil if a great dealer They have great service department and friendly staff. Everyone is willing to help. Finance guy was awesome I think his name was Michael but misplaced his card.
More great service at Basil in Lockport They fit our car in fast to patch a tire despite being a holiday weekend, thank you Basil for still more of your great service
Knowledgeable & Friendly! They always go above and beyond at this Dealership. Checking that everything is working properly, not to mention the extras like filling the fluids. The Staff is very friendly, from the ladies who answer the phone, to the guys that greet you at the door, right down to the Techs/Mechanics themselves. I've purchased my vehicle here new a few years ago, and will continue to service it there, they always do a great job! Thanks everyone!

Tire exchange and 25000 service I recently had my winter tires rotated to the summer tires on 4/18 and then on 5/9, I had a 25000 mile service. Both of these appointments were made IAW my needs, and the time from when I brought the vehicle in until it was completed was very short on both occasions. The waiting area is very comfortable with coffee available. The cleanliness of the service bays is very good as well as all of the other areas. Great dealership This dealership is hassle free from the purchase to the service. Very efficient process to bring car in for service. Appointment was smooth, on time and a very nice waiting room. Cleanest restrooms for public use that I have ever seen. Mike basil on site this day. Greeted all people in waiting room, and very nice to staff. I would recommend anyone to purchase their vehicles here.

Keep my car going Bought my Rav4 at the dealership so I take it there for service. They are always on time with the car. I sit in the very nice waiting room for the shortest amount of time compared to any other dealership I have experienced in the past. They do their job and never try to up-sell any service. Easy to book an appointment on line and they keep me informed with text messages on my cell phone. Waiting room coffee is a bit stale, but what the heck.
