Great dealership to work with. My salesman Mike Otwell knew his stuff about the vehicle I was looking at. The manager was polite and didnt talk down to me. At the end of the meeting I gave them my objections and they solved every one of them. Also great Truck I wouldnt hesitate to get another vehicle from Basil Toyota again.highly recommended.
We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and will stay with them for our vehicle needs. They have an amazing service department, that is super flexible and trustworthy. My warranty expired years ago but I still bring to them for service. I am very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of their customer service team.
King for an hour Nice to be treated like a king even if only for an hour. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Rest room was spotless. By the way love my car.

terrible Service Department, exhorbitant fees ( $140/hour ) This is a review regarding my oil change on Wed Dec 04, 2019. They put 5W-20 oil in my 2003 Nissan Xterra while, according to the 2003 Nissan Xterra Owner's Manual, it requires 5W-30 oil. After the car was serviced at this Basil Toyota (Lockport, NY) dealership, I was not able to start the engine; They refused to identify the problem unless I pay them additional $140. If we believed that the issues with your vehicle were related to the oil change we would take full responsibility. After stopping at one very stressed out auto place, then needing to make an appointment at another, I was pleased and relieved that Basil Toyota took me in for the oil change I was seeking that very day, indeed within minutes.
