review The sale part was fine, the truck detailing was poor. Loose wire on driver side for door removal. Squeak when pressing the brake pedal. Ok
Radio replacement The radio in my car was sporadically not responding. Service center assessed the issue, attempted to update software but nothing changed. Ordered a new radio and installed. Again, appointment made for my convenience, work done in a timely manner, radio working as it should and staff was friendly, informative and efficient. Thankyou

Sorry I can't duplicate the problem so it must not exist Very disorganized service dept. I was told my truck would be ready and it was not as promised and waited 45 minutes. This was after a conversation I had saying I needed the truck by a certain day

Excellent Customer Service I was contacted by Basil Toyota offering me free service on our 2016 Sienna, so I decided to take advantage of a free oil change. This was not my first visit to the Basil Toyota dealership and it certainly won't be my last. I arrived early but that didn't matter. They took my van in within a few minutes of my arrival and did a complete system inspection along with the oil and filter change. Again, this was all at no cost to me. Great Service! Treated well at Basil Toyota yesterday- they are pleasant and knowledgeable. Very nice waiting area but I wish they would get the TVs off Fox, show other networks on the televisions. Anyway the 18 month service was done quickly and I was on my way in under an hour. Good job
