Excellent Customer Service I was contacted by Basil Toyota offering me free service on our 2016 Sienna, so I decided to take advantage of a free oil change. This was not my first visit to the Basil Toyota dealership and it certainly won't be my last. I arrived early but that didn't matter. Great Service! Treated well at Basil Toyota yesterday- they are pleasant and knowledgeable. Very nice waiting area but I wish they would get the TVs off Fox, show other networks on the televisions. Anyway the 18 month service was done quickly and I was on my way in under an hour. Good job

15 month maintenance and 4 wheel alignment. Quick, efficient, informative. Did not expect to need the alignment but after mechanic explained the circumstances and the benefit, without being pushy, I decided it was a good idea. And it seemed reasonably priced.
Customer service is top priority After a few bumps with miss communication due to distance we finally were able to make a deal on a car. I gave them a two star rating, then a four star rating, and now a 5 star rating. That is how important reviews and customer option means to this dealership. I strongly recommend this dealership. Also a very impressive showroom and service department.
