great place to go Came in for an oil change and they were courteous and quick.. I had my dog with me and they were happy to let me bring her in the waiting room. Couldn't have been any better.

Top notch customer service I took my 2016 Sienna in for Toyota Care service and this was my second visit to this Basil Lockport Toyota dealership. But, before you even arrive their excellent customer service is in play. Service appointment I had service in a reasonable time and explainations for what was to be done were given in a complete manner. I was treated with respect . I would have liked a little notice that my service package had been completed. I was able to pay the charges without difficulty. The reminder from Toyota did not say what service was to be given.
